Quaker Barns

With its unique Mansard roof structure the Quaker barn is designed as a two storey building commonly used for ground floor garaging and second storey accomodation or storage.

The mezzanine floor structure can be run the entire length of the building or through only one or several bays. It can clear span the lower floor to a maximum width across the gable of 9m.

Like all our buildings there is no limit to the length of the Quaker barn.

Lean to roofs, either enclosed or open, can be added to the building on either the sides or the gable ends.

With the appropriate battening the second storey is easily lined out for use as a rumpus room or accomodation.
